| I do no repair work or chemical
treatments that may be called out as necessary in my report, so my inspections
are truly "unbiased". This is my 41st year of involvement in the Structural
Pest Control business and have been a licensed "termite" inspector since
1968. I am a licensed California General Contractor (B) and have been since
1978. I am a certified Home Inspector with the American Institute of Inspectors
and am also certified to inspect mobile/modular homes, pools and spas. |
